The system of labeling products Kosher goes back at least 100 years in America. Jews who are strict about maintaining Jewish dietary laws need to know which products, both meat and non-meat, are fit for consumption. Kosher labeling is one major way to determine this.

GLOBAL KOSHER has arrived in Latin America with the intent of educate people to search for the Kosher Symbol at the labels of the products.


The process of certification does not involve “blessing” the food; rather, it involves examining the ingredients used to make the food, examining the process by which the food is prepared, and periodically inspecting the processing facilities to make sure that kosher standards are maintained.

Global Kosher is now entering the Latin American food market. Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, etc.
